How To Pay

Your registration is not considered complete until we have received payment.

During registration, you will be asked how you would like to pay the registration fee. The options are Credit Card, Check or Money Order. Stanford affiliates may use STAP funds, a SLAC account or a Stanford account.

Credit Card

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be given links to complete the transaction.

If the name on the credit card is different than the participant’s name, please indicate that in our payment form or contact us with the information.

Some participants with a billing address outside the United States have had difficulty with the verification step. If you have difficulty completing a credit card transaction with a Non-US billing address, you can contact us for instructions.

Check or Money Order

• Personal, institutional, and traveler's checks or money orders will be accepted.
• Must be drawn in U.S. dollars, on a U.S. bank.
• Make payable to "Stanford University"
• Print and complete the Check Payment Order Form.
• Send the payment and completed order form to:
