Fees

Meeting Registration Fee - $125.00
The registration fee covers meeting logistics & coffee break refreshments, but does not cover meals.  Lunches are optional -- see pricing below:

Optional Meals - Please note that Harvest Cafe is closed for renovation until 2015. You are encouraged to order lunch since there are few off-site restaurants near SLAC.

Payment Info

Although payment will be accepted on-site, advance payment for registration and lunch fees is strongly encouraged and will save you time at registration on the first day of the conference. You may pay by check (drawn in US funds, payable to Stanford University), cash, or credit card at the on-site registration desk. Please fill out and send in the Payment by Check: Order Form if you plan to pay by check.

NOTE: All SLAC employees must pay for the registration fee with STAP funds or SLAC Account and are required to turn in the SLAC Registration Transfer Request form (see below).

Credit Card

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards only. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be directed to CyberSource to complete the transaction.

If the name on the credit card is different than the participant’s name, please email cferrie@stanford.edu with the participant's information.

Refund Policy
There is a $25 processing fee for cancellation or refund requests. There will be no refunds processed after Monday, February 10, 2014. Cancellation and refund requests must be emailed to Colin Ferrie at cferrie@stanford.edu.
