Conference Registration Fee - $200.00

The registration fee covers meeting logistics and light refreshments. Lunch is not provided - visit the Lunch Options page for more information on where to get lunch.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Advance payment is strongly encouraged and will save you time at the registration desk on the first day of the conference. You may pay by check (drawn in US funds from US bank; payable to Stanford University), cash, or credit card at the on-site registration desk.

NOTE: All SLAC employees must pay for the registration fee with STAP funds or SLAC Account and are required to turn in the SLAC Registration Transfer Request form (see below).

Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email to slacconferences@stanford.edu. There will be no refunds processed after Friday, May 30, 2014. Please note there is a $25 processing fee for refund requests.

Credit Card

We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be given links to complete the transaction.

If the name on the credit card is different than the participant’s name, please email Suzette Escobar with the information.
