Conference Dinner (Optional Event): $45.00
 
NOTE: The conference registration fee covers the costs associated with the meeting space and morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Meals are not provided. The conference dinner, to be held at SLAC on December 3, 2015, is an optional social event and tickets are $45.00 per person.
 
PAYMENT INFORMATION

Advance payment for registration and meals is strongly encouraged and will save you time at the registration desk on the first day of the conference. You may pay by check, cash, or credit card at the on-site registration desk.

NOTE: All SLAC employees must pay for the registration fee with STAP funds or SLAC Account and are required to turn in the SLAC Registration Transfer Request form (see below).

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be sent via email to sescobar@stanford.edu. There will be no refunds processed after November 16, 2015. Please note there is a $35 processing fee for refund requests.
