Advance payment for registration and meals is strongly encouraged and will save you time at the registration desk on the first day of the conference. You may pay by check, cash, or credit card at the on-site registration desk.
NOTE: All SLAC employees must pay for the registration fee with STAP funds or SLAC Account and are required to turn in the SLAC Registration Transfer Request form (see below).
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund requests must be sent via email to sescobar@stanford.edu. There will be no refunds processed after November 16, 2015. Please note there is a $35 processing fee for refund requests.

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be given links to complete the transaction.
- During on-site registration, we only accept Visa or MasterCard.
- Available to SLAC employees only.
- Print and complete the SLAC Registration Transfer Request Form (Excel).
- Send the completed request form to: SLAC Accounting (accounting@slac.stanford.edu) and cc: yourself and your supervisor. If you're using STAP funds, your immediate supervisor must approve your conference attendance and payment.
STAP Funds and SLAC Account may be used to pay for registration only. Meals must be paid using another payment method.
