Registration Open: April 7 - August 25, 2014.
Vendor Registration Fee: $4000 USD. The exhibitor fee also includes conference registration for two persons and Wi-Fi connection.
Booth size and equipment: A booth has one table with tablecloth, approximately 1.8 m long and 0.6 m wide, 2 side chairs, and 1 waste basket. Standard electricity service (500 Watts) and wireless internet access will be provided. TriCord Tradeshow Services will provide all exhibitor services during IBIC 2014. If you need more equipment than what is provided, please contact us.
Exhibition space: Exhibits will be set up in the DeAnza Ballrooms I and II (download exhibit floor plan here). Plenary sessions will be held in DeAnza Ballroom III.
