| Abstract | We have established infrastructure to develop and prototype sensors at SLAC. This capability was vital for timely verification and debug of the new ePix100 ASIC design. The poster will highlight semiconductor process and device simulation, semiconductor processing at the Stanford Nanofabrication Facility (SNF), and our newest addition, in-house bump bonding. |
